Andreea Radulescu established Radulescu Law, P.A. with the intention of guiding individuals in their pursuit of their professional affairs in the United States, through her legal acumen in Business Immigration Law. Her work is driven by her respect for those who seek to challenge the unknown, culturally enrich new environments, and empower progress and innovation through unique professional skills.
Andreea’s legal acumen stems from her studies at the University of Miami School of Law, from which she graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree in 2014. This credential was preceded by her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Art History, having graduated from the Florida International University in 2011, magna cum laude, and a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society. Her solid knowledge of Immigration Law was cultivated through years of practice at a prominent Miami-based business immigration law firm. Since 2016, she has handled all components and stages of hundreds of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions. She has also handled affirmative and defensive asylum applications and family-based visa petitions, including Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions. All the while, Andreea guided a team of Associate Attorneys in their handling of her specialty–EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions–among others.
Throughout the course of her career in Immigration Law, Andreea has diligently represented, and successfully secured green cards and visas, for myriad talented individuals from all ranges of industry, having advocated on their behalf before the U.S. Department of State (DOS), the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR /Immigration Court), and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
The mission of her practice centers on a transparent partnership with her clients, working hand in hand to ensure the highest chances of success in their journeys towards securing U.S. temporary work visas, green cards, and citizenship.
Andreea prides herself on the attention, transparency, empathy, and care that she delivers to clients, as well as the thoroughness, pragmatism, and quality of her work product. Each of her cases is handled with her appreciation of the pressures that her clients and their families bear in shifting their lives to a new country, as well as the courage that it takes them to do so.
