Method of Consultation: Consultations are held virtually, either by E-mail, Phone, WhatsApp, or Zoom. When scheduling your consultation in our booking portal, you may indicate which method you prefer, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference, to the extent feasible).

What You Can Expect: During the consultation, we will discuss your eligibility for one or more immigration solutions and/or strategies necessary to achieve an immigration benefit or resolve an immigration issue. We will answer your questions to our best ability, as well as disclose any fees, case handling procedures, and the general strategy applicable to your potential case.

Booking Fee: Initial consultations are provided for a minimum booking fee of $250.00 USD, which you will be prompted to pay at the end of your scheduling process via our booking portal.

***The firm will send you an Information Intake Form shortly after you book your consultation. Depending on the complexity of your inquiry or prospective case, we reserve the right to request a higher consultation fee in advance of your consultation so as to more reasonably cover our time and research in addressing your specific circumstance. This determination is made once we are able to review of your preliminary Information Intake Form, or once able to review information otherwise communicated by you in advance of the consultation. If a modified fee is necessary, we will notify you in advance of your consultation and will give you the option to either proceed with the consultation or cancel. If choosing to cancel, we will respect your decision will be happy to assist you in the future, if you decide to re-initiate contact with our firm.

***Once our consultation begins, any consultation fee(s) paid become non-refundable.***

If you ultimately qualify for a case and choose to retain the firm for the same matter discussed in your consultation, all consultation-related fees will be credited to the fixed fee that you and our firm has agreed upon for the handling of your case. Once you hire, the cost of communications will be included in that fixed fee.
